We create these schema documentation documents using XMLSpy - here are the instructions:

SCHEMANAME = JobAnnouncement

1.  Open the SCHEMANAME.XSD in XMLSpy.
1a. check out SCHEMANAMEDocumentation.html
2.  Schema design | Generate Documentation.
3.  Uncheck Diagram under Details.
4.  Press OK.
5.  Name the file SCHEMANAMEDocumentation.html
6. Check in the new documentation
