							Responsibilities:

                    Performs installations, maintenance, and repairs on customer 
                    equipment working primarily on site. Determines site and 
                    equipment requirements; outlines interdependencies. Understands 
                    customer goals; identifies consequences of various solutions. 
                    Develops project plan, installation plan, and escalation plan. 
                    Configures system hardware, software and network components. 
                    Assemblies and integrates system/product, and verifies 
                    system/product operation. Uses proactive monitoring procedures to 
                    identify problem prevention opportunities.

							Requirements:

                    Allocates own time efficiently, handles competing priorities. May 
                    determine methods of new assignments. Develops plans that are 
                    appropriately comprehensive, realistic and efficient in meeting 
                    goals. Participates in developing action plans to address problem 
                    situations; manages plans to completion as required. On a 
                    part-time basis, supervises activities of small group; provides 
                    appropriate direction and clarification.This is not an update.

							Education:

                    Requires high school equivalent plus additional broad specialized 
                    training, or some college. Five to seven years experience 
                    generally needed. Needs general knowledge of relevant policies 
                    and procedures. Thorough knowledge of administrative or technical 
                    practices in relevant areas, plus the application of basic 
                    theory.
